Willa Nad Potokiem

Spotlessly clean, roomy 2‑bedroom layout, and close to everything.

Everything was perfect; the cabin had all the essentials, plus space for grilling and picnics.

“Wszystko super ❤️”

The apartment was clean, warm, well-equipped, and the owner was very pleasant.

Nothing. Absolutely not recommended! The service was a nightmare and there was zero respect for guests. We booked a room and got a confirmation. After a long, exhausting trip we arrived, but we had to wait two hours under the hotel. The doors were open, other guests were inside, yet there was no staff present. For over two hours we tried to reach the property—calls and messages went unanswered. Eventually we reported the issue to the platform. Interestingly, the owner didn’t even pick up the phone from the platform’s consultant. Only after two hours of sleeping on the street did we learn about a supposed overbooking, and the platform suggested we find another place. It was already 21:00. The worst happened after three more hours of waiting, when the owner finally spoke. Instead of apologizing, he shamelessly told us to mark ourselves as “didn’t arrive” in the app so he could dodge commission and penalties from the portal. Total lack of professionalism, ignoring the guest, and an attempt at fraud. If you don’t want to risk spending the night on the street after a draining journey, stay far away from this place. I absolutely do not recommend it.
