The staff were excellent.

The owner and staff were very helpful with everything we needed (extra pillows, hot water, etc). The common area is great for sitting together and you can bring food from outside to eat there. A new metro line is coming soon, but in the meantime buses get you into the city center. Everything is currently old, tatty, and unclean; the owners need to do a deep clean, replace sheets and towels, and ensure hot water is consistently available for showers.
