The breakfast was fine, but the room had a bad smell and the hallway floor was awful, so I gave it 4.0/10.

Everything was better than expected; the staff weren’t very attentive but they were efficient and resolved issues, so I scored it 10.0/10. The breakfast quality could improve, though that’s a small plus.
