The staff, food, pony rides, lakes, playground, and family friendliness were all great.

Der Kollerhof, ein Hotel für Tierfreunde insbesondere Reiter. Ich selbst bin auch Reiter wie auch Dentist für Pferde. Der Empfang war kalt und bissig. Der Herr hinter der Theke sprach leider nur schlecht deutsch. Ich fragte ab wann es Frühstück möglich wäre,man antwortete mir um 08.00 . Meine Frage war ob es möglich wäre um 07.30 einen Kaffee zu bekommen nur einen Kaffee. Darauf hin fragte man die Chefin die sich äußerst genervt umdrehte und sagt Frühstück im 08.00 . Die Chefin ist einfach nur arrogant und unfreundlich Das Haus ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Steht oben Chefin ist a Katastrophe unfreundlich und arrogant Man ist hier als Gast nicht willkommen Personal sollte dich einen verstehen und die Sprache etwas beherrschen
