“WORST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED AT”

There was nothing to like about this hotel—it was the worst we’ve ever stayed in. The building looked very run down, the bathtub was rusty, and the sheets and pillowcases were all wrinkled and old, so we had to buy new ones at Walmart. When we asked why the bed hadn’t been cleaned after two days, the front‑desk guy said they do that after four days, but we stayed for six days and it was never done. The freezer in the small fridge was iced up and filthy, and the air conditioner was so loud that we couldn’t use it at night or we wouldn’t sleep, making it very hot. The hotel advertised a pool and a casino, but neither existed, and the washing machine was broken so we couldn’t use it.

“Very disappointed”

The location wasn’t too bad, but the place was very dirty: mouldy shower curtains, dust around the mattress, not good for asthma sufferers, and the washing machine was dull. I’ll never stay here again and I don’t recommend it.

I found long black hairs in both the bed sheets and the shower, which was definitely off‑putting. A few hairs wouldn’t have mattered, but the amount made me feel the place wasn’t very clean.
