I found the check‑in process smooth and the location appealing, especially the parking lot, but the room next to the highway was a bit noisy.

The staff were courteous and the room was spacious enough for me; the shower heater worked well and the air‑con was quite cold, and the location was convenient, but the furniture and toilet fittings were worn out and there was road noise, otherwise the stay was acceptable.

The electric kettle was broken and never switched off on its own, so I had to pull the plug while it was still boiling; by the next morning the kettle was completely empty. At check‑in the staff didn’t give me the TV remote or the air‑conditioner remote, so the TV kept cutting out and I couldn’t watch anything. There was no hair‑dryer; the notice said you have to pay extra by scanning or using a card, unlike other hotels that provide one for free. The rates were extremely high. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet, and any waste had to be thrown away in the bedroom. The bedroom also lacked any dry tissues for wiping.
