We were pleasantly surprised; the hotel rooms were neat and clean, the hotel is centrally located, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Very satisfied with the price‑quality ratio.

The room was comfortable and very spacious, yet the bathroom was tiny, cold, and I felt a cable hanging from the ceiling; the whole room smelled heavily of marijuana, despite the reception telling us smoking was forbidden and previous guests ignored that rule. We arrived at breakfast just 10 minutes before it ended, no one else was there, and they started taking food away to the kitchen, leaving us with very little.

“Super”

The staff at reception showed remarkable patience, waiting for us until midnight; we don’t know his name, but he was an Italian gentleman who adapted to our poor English. He made sure everything was fine all the way to the parking. Thank you very much, he deserves a raise, he did more than his job, was professional and sincerely kind 🌸

“Fijn verblijf gehad op een mooie locatie in het centrum van Rotterdam.”

The location is great relative to the city center, and the Doelen is within walking distance. The room was very tidy and had a nice rain shower. Despite the busy street, we had no noise disturbance because the room was on the back side on the ground floor.
