The place offered good value, was quiet and tidy, and had awesome views. The only downside was that there was no small couch in the room.

The view from the room was decent, but otherwise there was nothing to brag about. We arrived on the 26th after a long drive from Johannesburg and were eager to check in. From the moment we got there, everything went wrong! Check‑in could start at 13:00 or later, so we waited 45 minutes in the rain, made 20 calls with no answer. We finally got a call after 15:00 and the WhatsApp code at 15:12. That was the beginning! Grace was super rude and wanted to cancel the stay. She raised her voice at my daughter and was also rude to me. Her WhatsApp messages were cold, and when we asked about Wi‑Fi she said the previous guests had used all the data. Why advertise something that isn’t available? The ad promised complimentary water in the fridge, but there was none. The toilet had an open door with no doors and no air freshener in Clavia. No one checked in on us, no towel change until we asked. Both Clavia and Aggie had stains on the linen. Wi‑Fi didn’t work until the second day, only after we begged for it because we had to work. Suddenly a new code was given at 9:18, but we had to start work at 9:00. We spent a lot on data, but that wasn’t Grace’s fault. The price we paid wasn’t worth it; we were forced to leave and spend the whole day with my sister at another place.

The location is simply amazing, making it the perfect spot if you want absolute tranquility and personal time. However, having an insect repellent in the room would have made the experience so much better—those mosquitoes are forever hungry!
