I booked the property late at night when it appeared available, only to receive a text demanding an extra $500 bond at 10 pm. The host was useless and unaccommodating, and the small print apparently required it. Good luck ripping people off in the future; I ended up sleeping in my car.

They were rude and wouldn’t help me at all; they’re going to charge me $750 for a night, including insurance. I’m not happy with that place and will never stay there again.

The place was clean and the aircon worked, but that's about it. We paid over $100 extra for breakfast, expecting a proper meal, but it turned out to be just cereal and bread - basically, we paid to make our own toast. And to make matters worse, all the "complimentary" stuff had been used before. The place could do with some maintenance, like fixing the torn furniture and blinds held together with sticky tape.

The bedroom was nice and clean, and breakfast was supplied, but there were some issues. The back security door was broken, and when it got fixed, the front door key didn't work. The place is in a housing commission location, which we didn't know about when we booked. The couch was pretty worn out, and the blind ripped easily when our dog scratched it.

This place was a total disaster - it looked nothing like the photos. The accommodation was filthy, with used bedding, ripped furniture, and broken appliances. We couldn't even stay and had to check out immediately. The owner's attitude was pretty reflective of the state of the place, and she was super reluctant to refund our $300 cleaning deposit, even though we didn't stay. It took loads of emails and phone calls to get it back.
