Honestly, I was shocked that the bathroom wasn't cleaned - it was a bit of a mess. I didn't really have any other issues, but that one thing stuck out to me.

Only location. Service was very terrible, provided used towel, dirty bedsheet n pillow, problem with hot water, drainage problem in bathroom

Room not given after booking. Sent to another hotel on 5th floor with no lift facility. Room not given after booking

This was hands down the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets had stains, the bathroom smelled like a public toilet, and I even found a cockroach crawling on the nightstand. The staff shrugged when I complained and said, ‘It’s normal here.’ I checked out within two hours and slept in my car instead. Avoid at all costs. Rooms not cleaned
