The hotel's pool was very pleasant and clean, and the bike rental was a useful perk due to its location outside the city center. Unfortunately, communication with the staff was a bit challenging, and the air conditioning was quite loud with some bizarre noises. Additionally, there was no shuttle service available from the hotel to the nearby minivan stop, requiring us to walk or take a taxi to cross the river.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and patient, always ready to answer any questions I had. The service was top-notch, and I felt right at home during my stay. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience that left a lasting impression on me.

Our first night in Laos felt like a complete change of scenery, and the small ferry to the stunning peninsula was a nice touch, but no staff spoke English, the room stayed dirty for four nights, breakfast was mediocre, the bathroom and taps were full of limescale, and the price‑quality ratio was poor.
I was pleased with the hotel's location, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, I had to request breakfast individually, and while the lady serving us was kind, she struggled with English. Despite this, she made an effort to communicate with us.
