The spot is unbeatable, right outside JR Nara Station’s exit, so you can step straight into the hotel from the station without crossing a footbridge. The bus hub is on the ground floor, and all major sights are reachable by bus. A big convenience store is also on the ground floor. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to JR Nara Station, about 25 minutes to the Montbell factory store (tax‑free), and about 15 minutes to the large Kansai Life supermarket. The breakfast was delicious.
