The staff were great, the rooms were nice, and the location was excellent; everything was clean. The only downside was that the shower’s water pressure was weak.

The hotel itself was good, with clean, spacious, comfortable, and well‑maintained rooms. However, customer service was the biggest let‑down. Arriving late, I felt like an inconvenience—no greeting, no smile, no “hello.” The receptionist, who had long hair, seemed just to have woken up and asked for my passport without eye contact or warmth, leaving a poor first impression that made me regret staying here. The next morning, when I asked about the airport shuttle that was included in my booking, the manager seemed annoyed by my question, as if helping guests were a chore. Hotels are judged not only by rooms or facilities but by how guests are treated. A friendly smile, eye contact, and a warm welcome cost nothing yet make a huge difference. Management should focus on improving customer service and staff training; service is the heart of hospitality, and strong leadership is essential for creating an environment where guests feel genuinely welcome. The hotel has great potential, but the service experience needs significant improvement.

The price‑to‑value was good, the place was comfortable and the rooms were okay, it’s close to the airport, and the staff were friendly.
