“Bien!”

I was blown away by the hotel's facilities, staff, and prime location - everything exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the lovely embroidered pillowcase, which was a thoughtful touch. However, I did find the pillows to be a bit too soft, and I would have liked some firmer options; additionally, there was a hair in the room service soup I ordered, which was a minor letdown.

While our stay at this hotel was enjoyable, there was one major issue that detracted from our experience: the responsiveness of the staff to our room issues. On the other hand, the breakfast and location were definitely highlights of our stay. The hotel's breakfast was very good, and the location was convenient and pleasant. However, when we encountered problems with our room, the staff seemed slow to respond and resolve the issues.

I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and was surrounded by beautiful surroundings during my stay. The hotel's atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, making for a lovely experience overall.
