“スタッフが最悪”
施設がまあまあだった点. スタッフの対応が非常に悪い。 こちらがbooking.comで予約したことを伝えても、確認しようとしないで、よそのホテルを当たれと突っぱねてくる。 クレジット決済も済んでるため、再度訴えたところ、ようやくシステムを確認し始める始末。 スタッフの対応に気分を悪くすることになるので、ここの利用はやめた方がよい。
