The spa facilities were good, but the breakfast was not. The mushrooms were unappetizing and overall the breakfast was flimsy.

I booked a suite with a double bed, but the back pain made it impossible to sleep because they had just shoved two single beds together, which was incredibly uncomfortable. I paid a lot of money for a comfortable stay, yet I couldn’t sleep at all. I will definitely never stay here again.

Breakfast only ran until 9 o’clock, and there was just one small hand towel for two people. Many other details were out of order, giving nothing of a 4‑star hotel vibe.

The hotel was superb—who would have guessed there was such a hidden gem in Sittingbourne? The location was perfect, the room was amazing, and the breakfast was wonderful. Nothing to complain about.
