The location is incredible, it has a pool and the terrace offers great views. There were ants in our room.

The location, the private parking that’s part of the accommodation and free, the pool, and the outdoor spaces (terrace and patio) with the most spectacular views of the Albufera equipped with tables and chairs for dining, breakfast, dinner… the staff are very friendly, discreet and informative… and the cleaning is exceptional in both the room and common areas. In the common lounge there were a kettle and a microwave available to any guest, which was very useful. Access to the rooms was very easy and immediate. The exterior rooms are very bright. The furniture is more than correct. The bathroom is fully equipped. The Wi‑Fi is very good and the TV can connect to YouTube. Availability of a coffee maker and/or some cutlery and/or cups or tea or instant coffee would be a substantial improvement. We were fully equipped, but for others who are not organized it could be a win since there are no services nearby. It’s not a big deal, but for someone who wants a café or restaurant next door, knowing that you’ll need a car is useful.

The location is amazing, the window views are breathtaking, the rooms are clean, and the staff were helpful. It’s a good place for its price.
