“A peaceful stay with warm hospitality and friendly staff.”

The property is lovely and set in peaceful surroundings. Zia, the host, is friendly and attentive, making sure any concerns are dealt with quickly. Most of the staff are women and they’re all cheerful, warm, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The directions to the property were a little confusing, but otherwise I can’t think of anything else that needs improvement.

The staff were super good and the rooms super clean; the warm bed was a highlight in cold Srinagar. The host was very helpful and quick to communicate, but the location was too remote.
