“Personeel heel vriendelijk en goed ontbijt gehad. Kamer vochtig maar waarschijnlijk door de vele regenval in dat gebied”

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the delicious breakfast, but had some issues with the room. The breakfast was truly delightful, but unfortunately, the room was damp and musty, with an unpleasant smell that lingered.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the dampness in the room, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

“Genoten!”

The owner and staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay a success. When my friend's birthday coincided with our visit, they surprisingly arranged a cake, decorations, and everything in between - it was truly amazing and made our stay even more special.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the state of the hotel, it was extremely dirty. The only redeeming quality was the friendly staff, but the overall cleanliness was a major letdown.

“A great place to stay in Nuwara Eliya”

The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help with anything I needed during my stay.
