“Ótima”
The staff were excellent, but the overall experience was just very good.
“Muito boa!”
The room was spacious, airy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, but the towels were very hard and dry, and the bathroom ceiling showed signs of mold.
It’s a good hotel with a comfortable room, smart TV, decent breakfast, and a clean reception; all the staff were very attentive, and I really enjoyed my stay.
The staff member Talles was incredibly helpful and attentive, and he promptly assisted me with storing some items in the freezer; I also appreciated that the hotel allowed my pet to stay, which made a huge difference for us. The breakfast was excellent and the room was wonderful, very comfortable and pleasant – a great experience! I definitely recommend it. Everything was perfect, no complaints.
The service and value for money were great.
