“Comfortable stay”
The location and comfort were good. The only drawback was the limited variety at breakfast.
“Great location near Southern Cross station and friendly staff.”
Great spot close to Southern Cross station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, offering a limited selection of gluten‑free items. No negatives.
“Comfortable and good value”
Location is good. Unable to individually control the room temperature
“I’ll be back!”
The location was fine, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was the highlight. Parking options were limited.
“Where's my deposit”
It’s cheap. However, I haven’t received my promised deposit, there’s no reception desk to speak with, the customer‑service line goes to voicemail, and the chat bots you direct me to are useless. It’s an absolute disgrace in such a competitive market; it feels proprietary.
