The place was convenient and quiet, but the sofa had bodily fluid stains, there were only two pillows for a king‑size bed, and we only received two towels.

The room was comfortable and clean, and they restocked towels automatically without us asking; the service was good and I had no complaints.

The location was fine, yet the floor wasn’t clean, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the tub wasn’t clean, my keys were deactivated on Saturday even though I stayed until Monday, I found several nails and screws in the parking lot, there was old furniture in front of the door that didn’t belong to the hotel and seemed to have been dumped by someone, the train made noise in the middle of the night and I couldn’t sleep, laundry was hanging over the balcony, and parking was limited because construction vehicles and truck drivers were double‑parking both truck and trailer.

There was nothing good or bad about the stay.

The room was clean, but the lights were poorly positioned so I had to open the windows for better illumination, and the closet area was dark and required all lights to be turned on; the extractor fan turned on when I didn’t need it because they use a single switch, and the noise bothered my husband while I was getting ready in the bathroom. The man who supplies the café never wore gloves, touching the bread and everything else! In the café, they should keep bread, fruit, milk, etc. in stock and have staff wear gloves; the staff touched the bread with bare hands, the fruit was hidden and they gave out one item at a time, and when I asked for something the elderly attendant said “se acabó” (it’s gone) even though it was very early.
