Clean, good location, and I liked that I could get into my room without a card—doors locked with a code is my style. The real problem was the staff, especially the cleaning lady. They advertise a balcony, but the door doesn’t open, so it’s more of a “view of a balcony” than an actual balcony. Early in the morning, a man with reddish hair came over because he smelled smoke; my boyfriend and I had just woken up. He smelled the room (I don’t smoke, he does, but the front‑door camera shows him leaving every time). He asked to sniff, did, and claimed it wasn’t us. Hours later, the cleaning lady insisted she saw smoke coming from under the door and accused us of smoking inside. Whether it was racism toward my boyfriend (he’s the only black man staying there), an undiagnosed mental illness, a lack of experience distinguishing a bag of weed from smoked weed, or a shady way to keep the deposit, her approach was totally unacceptable and rude. We did NOT SMOKE IN THERE—camera footage will confirm. People of color, I’d steer clear if you’re worried about similar accusations or false scenarios based on skin tone.

“Wish I could have found another place for what I paid for two nights.”

The only good thing was its proximity to the event I was attending. I couldn’t check in early—no one was on site when I arrived, so I had to call a number on the wall to get in touch with someone. The room was noisy at night; it sounded like a bigfoot was upstairs kicking someone’s tail. There was no dresser or luggage space except on the floor. The bathroom sink never drained and the tub kept dripping. The bed was on the small side. No one was around if I needed an extra towel or anything.

“Very pleasant! Affordable.. would stay again!!”

Convenient off‑highway and not far from the venue in Scituate where I was attending. The room was modern, had a good vibe, and was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Nothing negative.
