The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet met expectations. Because I arrived late, I had to pick up my key from a key box; a video was available, but I still had to search for the box.

The room was very spacious, modern, and stylish with a bathtub. The beds were too firm for people up to 50 kg, and the night temperature dropped too low due to the heating cut‑off.

The welcome was excellent, the superior room was very spacious with a modern, cozy design and a spectacular mountain view even though it’s in the city center. The pillow was very uncomfortable—soft like a duvet.

“Chambre très charmante avec un personnel très aimable”

The room was beautifully decorated with a nice mountain view. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even driving us free to the Saas Fee parking. At breakfast, the bread wasn’t very fresh (seemed like yesterday), and there wasn’t enough light in the bathroom.

“Hervorragendes Angebot”

The location is superb, the hotel is stylish, the breakfast buffet is outstanding, the staff are very nice, and the price includes a Saastal guest card (free Postauto and mountain railways). We’ll come back!
