“I had low expectations but higher hopes”
The location was convenient and easy to find, and the price was cheap, which helped since I'm broke. I booked a disability access room and later called the front desk to request a ground‑floor room because there was no elevator; they promised to accommodate me, but we ended up in an upstairs room. The staff moved us to another room, but the lock wouldn’t open and neither we nor the associate could get the door open, so she had to find yet another room. The room clearly hadn’t been deep‑cleaned in a long time; the sheets were clean but the blanket smelled off and the carpet was dirty. The mattress was very soft with little support.
