The accommodation was easily accessible, spacious, and clean, and it was close to several ski slopes.
The restaurant was amazing, with live Gypsy music, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The service was a complete disaster. The staff were rude, and it took ages to check in, even though we'd booked in advance.

The surroundings around the hotel are nicer, and the view from the balcony is also good. The room itself was smaller than shown in the photos, had hard beds, and it was very cold inside even though it was August.
The price‑to‑value ratio was good, with parking available in front of the property and decent food at the restaurant. The room was fine for me, though the beds were not top quality. There was no bedside lamp.
