The place is great, spotless, check‑in was smooth, and I felt very secure with the multiple doors and locks; I stayed in a unit outside the main building, and Bogdan helped me with my carry‑on suitcase down the street and up the steps at check‑in! I really enjoyed Florence and my stay here, and it met all my needs for the three nights.
