I wish the staff were more attentive, it seems they don't have enough people on hand.

The staff were super friendly, the facilities were pretty, the view was spectacular, overall very nice, and the pool was delicious. The shower had very little water, so it took longer to bathe, and washing my hair was even harder; it would help to have a low pillow in the room for those of us who can't sleep with high pillows.

“Original hotel incrustado en la montaña rocosa”

The natural surroundings…the lookout that the restaurant has. They know how to listen to guests with constructive suggestions. I have no complaints.

The location on the hillside just off the main road was lovely. The rooms were unique, built into the hillside. The staff were friendly and helpful – when we found ants in our room they came, cleared them out, sprayed, and then they didn’t return (but you have to make sure you have no open food – store it in the fridge if you do). There were quite a few mosquitoes in our room when we first arrived, so we had to keep killing them. We sprayed ourselves with bug spray before bed and it wasn’t a problem. We didn’t mind it, but for people who are less mobile the location is up a hillside – it would be good to mention this in the hotel description. Our taxi got up fine, but he chuckled when he saw the hill and the driveway he had to climb!
