The hotel's location is a major plus - it's right in the heart of Juja, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were also really helpful, especially when I checked in late and they still managed to get me sorted. The rooms are a bit small, but they're clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in Juja.

“Rood and amenities were ok, but some irritating shortcomings”

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by a few issues. The breakfast was decent, but it took ages to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. On the other hand, the luxurious jacuzzi was a highlight - it looked amazing, even if it didn't actually work. However, the mattress was a total disaster - it felt like I was sleeping on a plank, and I didn't get a wink of sleep.

The hotel's location on the Thika super highway is a major plus, with public transport easily accessible. However, my stay was marred by two major issues: the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever had the misfortune of sleeping on, which felt more like a thin layer of foam on the floor than a proper bed, and the fact that my room wasn't cleaned until I specifically mentioned it to the staff - apparently, it's the guest's responsibility to request a cleaning, which is just bizarre.

“Good”

I was really impressed with how convenient this hotel was - it's right in the heart of the action, making it super easy to get around and explore the local area. The location was a major selling point for me, and it definitely delivered. However, I was a bit miffed to find out that breakfast wasn't included in the package, even though it was advertised as such on the website. Still, the easy access to shops and public transport made up for that minor disappointment.

Breakfast and every other food was nice. The location was nice too apart from the car wash next door which was a bit noisy but it was not a bad experience though. No wifi,no bathrobes,no getting in with drinks or foodstuff but what they sell is two times expensive,mosquitoes in the room
