Convenient location, close to the metro. The bed, room and bathroom are very spacious. It’s quiet enough even though the windows face the street, but only if you don’t open them. The wallpaper in places needs to be replaced. In the bathroom there is only one hook, no place to hang towels to dry.

The room is truly spacious with a double bed and a bunk bed. The ceiling is very high in a noble building in the historic center. The bathroom has a double sink. The interior is welcoming and the wallpaper creates a very relaxing atmosphere. New, sound‑proof windows because traffic on the street is definitely noisy. Excellent, strategic location to reach the main points of Naples. 200 m from Dante station of metro line 1. Car parking in secured garages and not far from the property. The room is on the second floor without an elevator; it’s two high floors because of the ceilings. Traffic noise can still be heard through the sound‑proof windows. The bed has a mattress that is a bit uncomfortable for my tastes, but that’s just personal preference.

I was greeted by Francesco, who was friendly and smiling, helped us with our luggage, and answered all our questions. The complex feels very safe, with three doors that give a sense of security. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has a rare air conditioner. It’s close to everything: the train, the bus, and the shopping mall, all in a very central location. They even brought us umbrellas in case it rained, which was worth every penny.

The metro stop is very close, and right below it is a great local place called gastronome for a morning snack. The room is huge, clean, and comfortable. Francesco is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and very helpful. There’s an option to have the room cleaned daily or not, and I chose not to, appreciating that choice. It could use a small touch like a juice or mini croissant, and the bath towels need replacing because they’ve started to wear out.
