“お得感はある”

The view was spectacular. The front desk required a call button, and staff seemed absent for long periods. When we drained the bathroom, the water collected on the floor and never seemed to be fixed. That should have been explained beforehand; it’s not right to just let it happen without warning.

Whenever I needed chopsticks, the staff brought them right away, which was a relief. The toilet didn’t have a bidet spray, which felt outdated and should be upgraded.

“まあまあよかったです”

I liked that the hot spring was quiet and I could chill out, but the facilities feel old and kinda hard to use. And the breakfast wasn't great.

“Sehr gut”

The location is really beautiful and quiet. That's about all I can say for now.

“いい記念になりました！”

The view was amazing and I enjoyed sipping wine in my room while taking in the night view - just wish they had wine glasses available. The staff were super friendly and we got a great photo shoot out of it, with lots of pics and no extra charge. However, the place was pretty chilly overall, and I wish they'd provided some mineral water in the room. Also, the bath area got pretty crowded.
