Check‑in was difficult. The screen at check‑in was hard to see.

The rooms were fine, but the hostess was rude and upset that we couldn't speak German. We had just smoked a cigarette before entering and were told multiple times we couldn't smoke in the rooms. We didn't intend to, and even after we said we understood, she kept insisting. Overall, she had a very bad attitude toward us.

Everything worked great. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the lady at reception is a wonderful unique personality—open, helpful, and friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

The reception was very friendly, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent.
