I stayed in a centrally located spot that was pretty good, attractive, and inexpensive—what more could I ask for?

“Great price, location and friendly staff.”

The place sits in a great spot right across a huge mall with plenty of restaurant choices; the rooms are basic but still comfortable. The only downside was a sewage smell coming from the toilet.

“Great place to stay but fix the smelly water in the shower.”

Just a two‑minute walk to Ayala shopping mall, the king‑size bed was comfy, the room was dark enough for sleeping, clean and modern. Finding it was easy, and the lobby had a nice coffee shop and bakery. The professional 24‑hour massage spa next door had highly trained staff for an amazing massage. The water had a terrible smell when the tap was first opened; it took a couple of minutes to clear up. I can’t figure out why that would happen. My nephew experienced the same thing in the room next to mine. If the owners fix that, it would be a perfect stay and excellent value for money.

“Terrible place.I paid for 2 nights and checked out early in the morning after the first night to stay at a decent hotel”

The location was fine, but hot water didn’t work, the window faced a shaft in the building, and water leaked from the roof in reception, soaking me.

Room 410 had a slow sink flow and lacked electrical plugs, so I had to move the hot water kettle to the bed outlet. There was no TV, but that was okay; however, there was no chair for the desk. I asked for one and eventually received a chair. The layout was very weird.
