“Don’t book it”

Got a pretty bad experience at this place - room was tiny, washroom was tiny too. Sheets, pillow covers, and quilt covers were all dirty and looked like they hadn't been changed. When I mentioned it to the staff, they were super unprofessional about it. For the price, you can find way better options in Vrindavan, with better locations and cleaner rooms.

Worst services and fake hotel. provided worst services and advertising fake properties. As when i reached there, the phone number provided was not picked up by Hotel. So is have to make another arrangements

The service here was really great, from check-in to check-out, everyone was super helpful. Location-wise, it's hard to beat - right in the heart of everything. The rooms and facilities were pretty impressive too, and my view was amazing. Overall, it was a solid stay.

The location was spot on and the overall vibe of the place was really nice. Had a bit of a letdown with the room though - while the property generally seems to be cleaned well, my bed had some issues. The blankets and sheets looked like they hadn't been washed properly, which was pretty meh. Still, being close to everything was a big plus.

Staff were super helpful when I checked in late, and the room was actually pretty clean and comfy. Location's great, right in the city centre, but yeah, it can get noisy, especially at night. Still, I thought it was decent value for the price, and I didn't have any major issues or anything.
