I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Whenever I visit Karaganda, I always stay only at this hotel… best in the city, period.

“The only place to stay in Karaganda”

Staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive, including housekeeping. The facilities are the cleanest and best‑maintained of anywhere I have ever stayed.
