The location was stunning and the place was very well cared for. The room felt a bit cramped and the shower needed some work, but the location makes up for everything.

The view from the hilltop was beautiful, overlooking an amazing valley. The host was wonderful and the breakfast she prepared for us was simple yet perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms were. The drive up was a little more challenging than expected; Google Maps led us past the entrance, so we had to backtrack and figure out how to get in. It wasn’t clear how to enter, so we called, and she answered immediately and let us in.

“piacevole break a due passi da Roma nella bella Sabina”

The hotel sits on a hill with a lovely valley view. The salt‑water pool was pleasant and quiet. Breakfast was good and the property was elegant. We didn’t have time for a deeper visit. There’s also a long‑stay option with checkout at 19:00, which is not bad, and a small extra that’s definitely worth it. The room finishes could be improved, the lighting could be better, and the furnishings could be simplified.

The property is very well maintained, showing that the managers put their heart into it. The room was spotless. The homemade breakfast was simple but excellent.

“Eccezionale!!!!”

The place was beautiful and welcoming; we stopped for a meal and were truly satisfied. Highly recommended for a bit of relaxation and nature walks. A special thank you to Ms. Susanna. Everything met expectations—spectacular.
