The house was gorgeous with a stunning garden and parking; the room was cozy and warm on a chilly October night, everything smelled pleasant, and breakfast was good, so I gave it a 10.0/10.

The house is beautiful with a lovely garden, breakfast is plentiful and varied, and it’s self‑managed, but the beds are small, a chair or a shelf would help, and the room lighting could be better, so I rated it 8.0/10.

We only stayed one night on our road trip, but it was such a lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the house was beautiful, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated the little touches, like several bottles of water and a fridge in the room. A wonderful place to stay, even if just for one night. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, with a distinctive style that I liked. The room was clean and had all the useful items. Breakfast was good and varied. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and kind. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and convenient.

“Közepes, többször nem megyek”

The area is quiet and Udine is reachable in 15 minutes. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the courtyard had a particularly good vibe. Inside, however, there are a few odd items that don't feel very positive. The breakfast didn't appeal to me; the pre-packaged bread was very bad.
