Liked everything! Cleanliness, location and especially the staff!

The location was convenient, within walking distance to Almaty's center, and the room was very clean. There was no lift, but the staff kindly helped us carry the luggage on the day of departure.

I was impressed by how the rooms were prepared, the managers were friendly and responsive, and the courtyard was pleasant with climbing bars, nearby shops and cafés, almost in the center yet still quiet—especially rooms 6 and 7. The only drawback was that if you have a suitcase, you have to walk up to the third floor, which should be taken into account.

The location was good and the staff were very kind.
