The place is very central and from the rooftop garden you can see Durban Square. The staff were very friendly. Warm water only appeared after asking, and the rooms weren’t cleaned; perhaps we should have returned the key at reception.

From the hotel roof or the Bakta Pool you can see the World Heritage site, and breakfast was tasty; the restaurant also offers a view of the heritage site. The shower water was lukewarm, but after we switched rooms, hot water started flowing.

The staff were very kind, welcoming, and smiling; I recommend staying near the monuments to visit.
