“Spacious room with dirty towels, huge bugs , lazy housekeeping staff and drug adficts in the hallways dumping trash and”
I appreciated the spacious rooms and the friendly front‑desk staff. However, I was upset by the huge roaches that entered the room, the hallway smelling of urine, and the lazy, unfriendly housekeeping that did a terrible job cleaning. I had to repeatedly ask them to clean the hallways, which were filthy. The price feels high for the low quality. On the first night, I stayed in a room where someone had urinated on the bed; the housekeeping staff knew about it but simply covered it with washed sheets instead of fixing the problem. I felt uncomfortable because there were too many bugs, so I slept with all the lights on. I liked the room’s appearance, but I would not return.
