Very bad treatment by the staff, rude and not professional. They questioned me about the haircut I have (mohawk). They did not attend in Catalan, even though they are legally obliged to.

Close to the beach. The most dry and unpleasant treatment I have received in many years.

Nice, quiet small hotel. With a pool. No complaints.

The location was the best part of the accommodation, but the staff were quite unfriendly; if you’re working in a customer‑facing role you need empathy, which was clearly lacking.
