“UNA PENA...”

The décor and layout of the first stay are very pretty. It’s a hotel with a lot of potential, but underused. There was a lack of cleanliness in the room, long hair on the bathroom, shower and wall! Cold water pressure was low. The bed was uncomfortable, without a headboard, poorly assembled, looking as if it had been used on the first day of arrival. An “special” smell… it didn’t smell clean or fresh. The breakfast was a pity. Meat containers with lids, sealed with mosquitoes inside, bacon as if it had been chewed before, a tray of sweets almost empty every day, probably because no one attended to the diners around us, and it’s something we mentioned among clients. A shame, because the photos don’t match what you find or the service you receive. They give you a code to enter the hotel, there is never anyone at reception and they put a little sign saying to press a bell and if no one answers, call a phone… I hope everyone writes real reviews so the new owners know that if they don’t change, the hotel will collapse.

“Maravillosa”

Everything absolutely. The hotel is gorgeous, feels like it’s from a fairy tale, and the garden is super cared for. The staff has been excellent, always attentive and ready for whatever we needed. We also brought our little dog and everything was easy, which is greatly appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely come back 100%.

“¡genial!”

We liked almost everything about the place. The garden is well kept and feels very special at night, inviting you to unwind after a long day of hiking. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, and the brothers running the project were very attentive. For winter, we would have loved if dogs could join us for breakfast in the dining area.

We liked everything about the accommodation, both the surroundings and the lodging itself, and the staff were very helpful. Of course they accept pets, thank you very much 😊
