The place was spotless and the staff were very professional.

There were no positives to mention. The negatives were bugs, mold, and dirty towels.

Parking was fine because there were only a few cars in the lot, but the room was dirty enough that I had to buy Lysol wipes from a nearby shop to clean the doors, table, toilet, and even the curtains that had mold on them.
