“DO NOT BOOK IN ANY BOOKING PARTY. THEY ONLY ACCEPT WALK-IN”

The aircon doesn’t cool the room. I booked through the app to avoid on‑site payment and get the promo discount, but when I got to the reception they said they were no longer affiliated and wouldn’t honor my booking, so I had to pay walk‑in and they wouldn’t help with a refund or even communicate with the app. Even the customer service couldn’t assist.

Nothing, it was gross. I didn’t like anything about the property; if you want to spend your time around junkies and criminals, this is the place for you.

“Comfortable at its price”

The staff were very kind and helpful, but I missed basic freebies like a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo.
