I was told by the owner that I would have to pay extra for the 5:00 am to 10:30 am slot, even though I had booked a 5:00 am check‑in from 5 Sep to 6 Sep 12:00 pm.

The staff, especially the receptionist, were great, and there was nothing I could complain about.

The room and cleaning were fine, but the staff behaviour was awful 😔😔😔; I really dislike that kind of people.
