The staff were remarkably close, friendly, and helpful—setting a high standard. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the service and catering were professional. The kitchen’s speed and the overall service were unmatched. The view from the room was incredible, and cleanliness was exceptional, with the cleaning staff’s friendliness being impressive. Any request was handled immediately, without waiting, and everything was resolved in moments. The building is new, modern, and clean, with a well‑filled pool. If you’re looking for accommodation in Herceg Novi, this is a good option, though a flat might be preferable. The ADSL internet was surprisingly fast with stable Wi‑Fi. The bathroom was too small for a large person, and the water spurted when you pulled the tap. There’s a mini‑fridge (not BAR) locked in the cupboard, so it runs at reduced performance because it can’t vent heat. The king‑size bed was too big for the room—though we managed to fit. There are no shelves or tables, just one next to the bed that fills up instantly if you put a tray or laptop on it. We stored our suitcases on the floor at the entrance (a table or shelf could fit there). The smart TV’s software was outdated, unusable for Netflix, and couldn’t be updated, and I didn’t bring an HDMI cable for my laptop. The beach was narrow, and the water turned murky after 5–8 m, covering the entire shore (the hotel can’t fix that). The local bar occupied one side of the beach, charging about 40 EUR per day for a spot and a parasol; be prepared for that, though the beach itself is free.

The staff were very friendly, the location was wonderful, and the rooftop view at breakfast and from the room facing the sea was superb. The owner was very cheerful and welcoming, even though we were a bit late for check‑in and he still greeted us with a smile. The only issue was that the soundproofing was a bit poor; the smallest noise in the hallway was audible.

The rooms offer a breathtaking view of the sea. Breakfast is abundant and varied. The staff are very kind and helpful. The beach is just two minutes away. We felt very comfortable.

The stairs are very steep when you have luggage.
