Hotel Hafen Hitzacker - Elbe

“Really nice, loved the town and hotel, but the bridge climb was a surprise and not great to do in the rain.”

The room was huge and super comfortable, but in early October we had to climb a canal on a walking bridge to check in, grab breakfast, check out, and dine at the hotel restaurant in the evening.

“Immer wieder gerne”

The spacious Comfort double room offered a nice view of the Jeetzel, and the breakfast was very good; I’ll come again. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

“Sehr schöne Tage in Hitzacker”

The rooms were very large with plenty of seating, bright, and had a big balcony—ideal for a longer stay. The sleeping area was separate, extra pillows were available on request, and there were enough wardrobes and storage spaces. Two bathrooms were great, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the room couldn’t be heated, so it was a bit cold.

We enjoyed another lovely stay in Hitzacker; it’s always fun to relax here for a few days, the peace is simply great 😃. We’ll definitely come back. Cheers, Familie Reiher
