Ramada by Wyndham Beach Hotel Ajman

The view and facilities were good. On arrival, I wasn’t given the room I’d booked and confirmed through the app; instead I received a room that didn’t meet my expectations or match my reservation. After several discussions and a lot of inconvenience, the hotel finally gave me the room I originally reserved. This was disappointing and caused unnecessary frustration and discomfort during my stay.

Clean, quiet, very helpful staff, good location on the beach and near the city center, excellent buffet breakfast. No complaints!

The beachfront location is very good. The food is very good, the room (1 BH) is very spacious and clean, and the staff are very cooperative.

The reception team worked wonderfully, with Russian‑speaking staff who were quick and polite; check‑in was fast, housekeeping efficient, and the restaurant served tasty food without any lines. However, the hotel’s own beach is adjacent to the city’s beaches, and after the evening crowds of migrant groups, wind brings in litter; while the beach staff clean up, tourists still scoop up bags and cups from the sea.
