The team was attentive, the cleaning was good, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet paper dispensers were not hygienic; it’s inconvenient to reach for the paper, they tear, break, and take time.

The only thing that mattered was the location, but the room had several problems: the air conditioner doesn’t turn off the lights, the mini‑fridge is noisy, the bed is small, and the TV is outdated. I travel a lot and have stayed in many Hplus properties in Brasília/Dourados, but this one doesn’t even look like it belongs to the network.

Comfort and cleanliness were good, and it’s worth it, but having to recharge the room card every day is annoying.

The location is good and the shower is decent, but there’s no parking, the shower stall is too small, and there’s no towel rack for a face towel.
