I found the place a bit central near the church, but we were split from five guests to just three. The spot isn’t well known; ask about Joan Sebastian Street (mostly pedestrian, no cars). The shower drain got clogged during our stay.

The accommodation had a TV, but it didn’t work, and there was only one shared bathroom. It lacked several expected services.

The TV looked like a 90s model and had no cable options—at least not the official channels like Cabal 11 or free TV. There was no fan, and the heat was brutal.

The service was very good, but the mattresses were in bad shape, there were no fans or mosquito nets, and the windows had signs saying no noise after 21:00 because of noisy guests and loud meetings until 2 am. The neighbors were loud.
